Welcome to Deck Studio! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services, including pitch deck creation, design, and consultancy services. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Definitions

  • “Deck Studio” refers to the company providing pitch deck creation services.
  • “Client” refers to the individual or entity purchasing services from Deck Studio.
  • “Services” refers to all products, consulting, and design services offered by Deck Studio.

2. Scope of Services

Deck Studio offers pitch deck creation, design revisions, and consultancy based on the package selected by the Client. The services include:

  • Custom pitch deck creation
  • Revisions as per the package
  • Copywriting and content improvement
  • Investor communication support (as per package)

Deck Studio does not guarantee funding or specific business outcomes.

3. Pricing and Payment

All services are priced based on the selected package. Payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Subscription Plan: Recurring payments as agreed.
  • One-Time Project Plan: Full payment before project delivery.

All payments must be made in USD or the equivalent currency. Payment methods accepted include credit card, bank transfer, or online payment platforms.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete business information for pitch deck creation.
  • Responding to queries and providing feedback within agreed timelines.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in their industry.

Deck Studio will not be held responsible for any incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.

5. Revisions and Delivery

Deck Studio offers revisions within the agreed timeframe specified in the package. Revisions beyond this period will be charged at an hourly rate.

Delivery timelines will be agreed upon at the project’s start. Any delays caused by the Client’s lack of timely feedback or additional requests will adjust the delivery schedule accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and designs provided by Deck Studio remain the intellectual property of Deck Studio until full payment is received. Upon payment completion, the Client will own the final pitch deck, including content and designs.

Deck Studio reserves the right to showcase anonymized versions of completed pitch decks in its portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise by the Client.

7. Confidentiality

Deck Studio will maintain the confidentiality of all Client information shared during the project. Deck Studio will not share, sell, or distribute any Client information without prior consent.

The Client agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding Deck Studio’s pricing, processes, and proprietary methodologies.

8. Liability

Deck Studio is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. The Client assumes full responsibility for the decisions made based on the pitch deck and related materials.

Deck Studio’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the specific project in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination by the Client, any work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced, and no refunds will be provided for services already delivered.

Deck Studio reserves the right to terminate the agreement in case of:

  • Failure to provide necessary information
  • Failure to make payment
  • Any breach of these Terms and Conditions

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Istanbul, Turkiye. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Istanbul, Turkiye.

11. Amendments

Deck Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
